OÜ Elpa i.e.’s partner is Rokiskis Suris, the largest producer of cheese and high value-added dairy products in the Baltics, which stockpiles approximately 580 000 tonnes of milk per year. The main products are cheese, lactose, whey protein concentrate.
Rokiskis Suris markets more than 80% of its production in the European Union, Asia and the United States.

Vaimastvere agro is an agricultural company engaged in stockpiling fodder and keeping dairy cattle. In 2012, investments were made in a new milking parlor Westfalia, which improved the monitoring of milk quality and increased the amount of milk to ten tons per day. After the investment, the hard-working and loyal team has tripled the amount of production and improved housing conditions, as a result of which there are no more problems with diseases and health.
Since 2012, a calf barn has been built according to Dutch technology for raising 900 calves according to the “Rose & White veal” technology.
The recipes and housing conditions of the feed comply with EU standards and the conditions prescribed by the Netherlands.
Kirbla OÜ on 1993 a. Kirbla OÜ is an agricultural company founded in 1993, the main activity of which is the cultivation of dairy cattle and cereals. In the autumn of 2013, a new modern milking parlor with four robots was completed in Kirbla. In the future, it is planned to build a similar barn next to the existing one, which would make a total of up to 550 places.
Full Cream Milk Powder (FCMP), also known as Whole Milk Powder (WMP), is a dairy product made by evaporating fresh pasteurized Full Cream cow’s milk. It possesses all the appealing qualities of fresh liquid milk and, in its dry form, is an important ingredient in the manufacture of a remarkable range of food products.
Fresh Butter is made from cow’s milk. Butter is made by churning fresh or fermented cream or milk, to separate the butterfat from the buttermilk. Butter consists of butterfat, milk proteins and water.
The raw material for cream is top-quality milk and the cream and skimmed milk obtained from its separation, the quality of the milk is important in the preparation of the cream, cream is used in many parts of the food industry
Skimmed Milk Powder (SMP) is a dairy product made by evaporating pasteurized skimmed cow’s milk. It contains lactose, milk proteins and minerals in the same relative proportions as the fresh milk from which it was made. Skim milk powder is by far the most common type of milk powder available.
