OÜ Elpa i.e.’s partner is Rokiskis Suris, the largest producer of cheese and high value-added dairy products in the Baltics
which stores approx. 580 000 tonnes of milk per year. The main products are cheese, lactose, whey protein concentrate.
Rokiskis Suris markets more than 80% of its production in the European Union, Asia and the United States.
